Some time ago, two dirty strangers were born three years apart, each from the wrong side of the tracks. Both came across the solitary joy of drawing early on, and they searched in vain for inspiration, whether elegantly wasted in Liverpool or down and outrageous in Soho. Art school, rock school, school for scandal – they were always looking for an idea and a reaction. Fortunes were made and squandered, friendships forged for life. Eventually the paths of these evil twins had to collide. And in a chance meeting over a dress papered with butterflies, they did.

Drawn together by Art, Rock, Love and Beauty; Peachy K, a melancholy land-locked mermaid, and Mr Peach, half-man/half-fruit, so intrigued and enabled each other that eventually two beautiful SWANS
emerged, blinking in the watery sunlight of Venice. And with white wine and squid ink, Anonymous Tosh was created, at first in homage to Hieronymous Bosch, but soon taking on a life of its own. The drawings grew into a potent collection of cryptic images and themes that puzzled and delighted the two artists.

Peachy K is still working hard on her first novel, a cautionary tale of shop-lifting, teenage sex, suicide and Italians. The work is in no way auto-biographical. Mr Peach is still the taller of the two.
