Context
Napoleon Consulting as it was formerly known, is a UK based Private Equity leadership effectiveness firm that advises investors, boards and CEOs on leadership, talent and teams. Having expanded into the US they want to change their name so there is no perceived link with the French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The new name ‘Pebl’ is a smart abbreviation ~ Private Equity Backed Leadership.

Creative challenges
→ Create three different brand propositions for Pebl’s identity and visual identity
→ Update the website UI/UX and manage the transition for launch
→ Art direct the photoshoot for all team members
→ Design and produce high-spec templates for all products and services
